New Drills and Armor in Terraria
Solar Flare Armor
The Solar Flare armor is a post-Moon Lord set of armor that provides melee weapon boosts. It is currently the final melee armor in the game.
Drills
Drills are a type of Hardmode tools and an alternative to pickaxes. On Desktop, Console, and Mobile, they have shorter range than pickaxes, but they can mine blocks faster. There are three types of drills: the Solar Flare Drill, the Stardust Drill, and the Laser Drill.
Solar Flare Drill
The Solar Flare Drill is the most powerful drill in Terraria. It can mine any block in the game, and it has a very fast mining speed.
Stardust Drill
The Stardust Drill is the second most powerful drill in Terraria. It can mine all blocks except for Lihzahrd Bricks and Ancient Debris.
Laser Drill
The Laser Drill is the third most powerful drill in Terraria. It can mine all blocks except for Lihzahrd Bricks, Ancient Debris, and Luminite.
Solar Flare
The Solar Flare is a projectile NPC shot by Drakomires that spawn near the Solar Pillar during the Lunar Events.
